Trituradoras y equipo para la explotación minera y las minas
Las trituradoras se clasifican normalmente como trituradoras primarias, secundarias y terciarias dependiendo de su colocación en el circuito machacante. Se utilizan para reducir el tamaño de la roca con objeto de la extracción mineral o la producción de agregados para el uso en la construcción.
Crushers are normally classified as primary, secondary and tertiary crushers depending upon their placement in the crushing circuit. They are used for reducing the size of rock in preparation for mineral extraction or production of aggregates for use in construction.

TRITURADORA DE QUIJADA                                   

Una trituradora que rompe el material exprimiéndolo o comprimiendo entre dos placas de la quijada, una movible y una inmóvil. Utilizado normalmente como trituradora primaria. Compresión de las aplicaciones y un cierto agotamiento para machacar el material. El cociente de reducción es 6 a 1.

Jaw crusher: A crusher that breaks material by squeezing or compressing it between two jaw plates, one moveable and one stationary. Normally used as a primary crusher. Uses compression and some attrition to crush material. Reduction ratio is 6 to 1.

 

TRITURADORA DE CONO 

Una trituradora que rompe el material exprimiéndolo o comprimiendo entre las superficies formadas convexas y cóncavas cubiertas por el manganeso como la superficie del desgaste. Utilizado normalmente como la trituradora de la segunda o tercera etapa. Utiliza la compresión para machacar. El cociente de reducción es 6-8 a 1.

Cone crusher: A crusher that breaks material by squeezing or compressing it between convex and concave shaped surfaces covered by manganese as the wear surface. Normally used as the second or third stage crusher. Uses compression to crush. Reduction ratio is 6-8 to 1.

 
TRITURADORA DOBLE DEL RODILLO
Una trituradora que rompe el material exprimiéndolo entre dos cilindros rotatorios del metal, con las hachas paralelas y separadas por un espacio igual al tamaño máximo deseado del producto final. Utiliza la compresión para machacar el material. El cociente de reducción es 2 a 2.5 a 1. Hay también trituradoras triples del rodillo capaces de manejar tamaños más grandes de la alimentación. También producen pocas multas por paso que las trituradoras del cono. Las trituradoras del rodillo son buenas para producir virutas del camino. No recomendado para la roca abrasiva, pero muy bueno machacando la piedra caliza.
Double roll crusher: A crusher that breaks material by squeezing it between two revolving metal cylinders, with axes parallel to each other and separated by a space equal to the desired maximum size of the finished product. Uses compression to crush material. Reduction ratio is 2 to 2.5 to 1. There are also triple roll crushers able to handle larger feed sizes. They also produce fewer fines per pass than do cone crushers. Roll crushers are good for producing road chips. Not recommended for abrasive rock, but very good crushing limestone.
 
 

HAMMERMILL

Una trituradora de la roca que emplea los martillos o los mayales en un eje rápidamente giratorio. Los martillos se hacen generalmente del manganeso. Las aplicaciones afectan y agotamiento para machacar el material. El cociente de reducción es 20 a 1.

Hammermill: A rock crusher that employs hammers or flails on a rapidly rotating axis. The hammers are usually made of manganese. Uses impact and attrition to crush material. Reduction ratio is
